Cancellation
In case you wish to cancel your orders for any projects with ClickPoint Solution, you could do so within 24 hrs of the orders confirmation. The cancellation would not be done once the work has already been started.
Refund Policy
ClickPoint Solution strives to deliver the highest quality products for our clients. If you at any time in a development is not satisfied, you can ask for the refund.
For Web Designing/Development:
In this case any client who is not satisfied with our services we can provide a refund with in 30 days from the date of first installment. The refund will be made after deducting the tax and the hourly charges of $50 for the work completed by us.
For Other Services:
Other services including, but not limited to Graphic Design, SEO, SEM, Social Media Promotion, Web Design and Development are typically custom projects. Each project is evaluated individually to estimate the total project cost, based upon the unique needs of each client.
ClickPoint Solution maintains the same refund requests for all other hourly work as stated in the above Design and Programing Policy.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase and in case of debit card / net banking payments refund will be made to the same account.
